Our in-house experts will decide which print method best suits your specific order. This might be direct to garment, vinyl heat press, or screen printing. We take into account the colours and detail of the design, the garments to be decorated, and the quantity ordered.
If you are familiar with garment printing and would like a specific print method please contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to provide you with a quote.
Where we do not offer sublimated clothing, this is a great process for printing mugs in a vibrant full range of colour!
This process can provide a great professional finish, perfect for making a good impression in business! It is also very versitile offering decoration on products unable to be printed such as fleeces and towels.
We have both a 6 head and a 4 head machine allowing us to run up to 10 garments at a time. We have digitizing software in-house so can get your designs set up swiftly and at competitive prices!
Screens started out with silk screen printing in 1981! We are glad to say we have been changing with the times and advancing with the new technologies as they emerge to new health and safety laws as well as new, more efficient and sustainable processes and materials.
We have both manual and automatic machines set up to cope with orders from 10 to 10'000! (Although we may need a little more time to complete the latter!)
Heat Press vinyl / print & cut
Heat press is fantastic for quick promotional items and although not as durable and long lasting as screen printing, it has come on a long way in recent years. In this process designs are cut out or printed onto vinyl and then heat pressed onto the garments. This is ideal for high coloured images on low quantities or indivudual names and numbers. We use a range of different vinyl for different designs and garments which come in a variety of thicknesses.
