1. We can ship your items with courier which is tracked, this is either a 24 or 48 hour service done once your order has been completed.
2. We can post out your items using Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. This is a signed for option but does not have tracking. Royal mail state that they aim to have these delivered next day but this is only a guidline, there is no guarentee. again this will be done as soon as the order has been completed.
3. Why not pop in?! You are more than welcome to come into our store in Lowestoft and collect your order in person, please see our contact us page for our location!
Please note, where we will try our best to help you track down the parcels we can't be held responsible for any parcels lost in transit. If you are worried we would suggest using the courier service which you can follw your tracked item and also provide compensation cover.
