Refund policy

We hope you love everything you receive from us but just in case...

 

Returns

 

To return a Screens product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at info@screensprinting.co.uk and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

 

What can be returned: Due to the nature of the items we sell (personalised) we do not offer a return on items if you have just changed your mind and no longer want them. If there is a fault with the garment or decoration and you did not receive what you ordered then of course we will be happy to replace the item/s for you. Please note that with manufacturers guidelines there may be a 10% tollerance on sizing (above or below) from the figures provided, if the garments measures within 10% a return will not be accepted. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. Once we have received the goods, if we confirm these are faulty we will then reimburse shipping charges.

 

To return your items:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

Delivery times

Getting your items to you efficiently!

We offer 3 postage options.

1. We can ship your items with courier which is tracked, this is either a 24 or 48 hour service done once your order has been completed.

 

2. We can post out your items using Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery. This is a signed for option but does not have tracking. Royal mail state that they aim to have these delivered next day but this is only a guideline, there is no guarantee, again this will be done as soon as the order has been completed.

 

3. Why not pop in?! You are more than welcome to come into our store in Lowestoft and collect your order in person, please see our contact us page for our location!

 

Please note, where we will try our best to help you track down the parcels we can't be held responsible for any parcels lost in transit. If you are worried we would suggest using the courier service which you can follow your tracked item and also provide compensation cover. 

 

 

What print method will you use?

Our specialist, in-house printers will choose the print method by looking at the design uploaded, the garment chosen to be decorated, and the quantity ordered. From this they will decide what is best for each specific order. We offer direct to garment, vinyl heat pressing, and screen printing. If you would like a specific print method please fill out our contact form (LINK) and we will provide you with a quote.

 

Can I choose my print method?

Yes of course you can! Get in touch now with your requirements and specify what print method you would like and we will provide you with a quote.

 

I want a specific garment and can’t see it on your website; does that mean you can’t provide it?

Not at all, we have a vast catalogue of items to choose from, we have selected a very small number of poplar items to display on our website, too much choice isn’t always a good thing! Contact us with details of the specific garment you require and we will let you know if we can source this.

 

Do I have to order via your website?

No, we are still the same Screens! You can email us your order as before and we will send you a quote back. You can then pay via the link on the quote or call us as before and make payment over the phone.

 

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately we only ship to the UK at present.

 

Can I pay with PayPal?

Unfortunately we do not accept PayPal, you can make payment by calling us on 01502 581010 with credit/debit card details or direct through our website at the checkout.

 

I have my own garments, can you print on these?

We do not offer printing onto customers own garments. We have such a large range of items available so if you can’t find what you’re looking for on our website get in touch with our team it is extremely likely we can source what you require.

 

I think I might have ordered the wrong size garments, can I change the sizes on my order?

If you think you might have ordered the wrong sizes call us as soon as possible. We order most garments in on a next day service for each specific order. There is a high chance that if it is the same day you placed your order we can change them (although not always so still call straight away), after this it might be subject to a restocking charge which will account for returning the items and ordering the correct ones in. The charge for restocking is 20% plus the shipping cost of return which will depend on the weight of garments being returned. Obviously if we have already printed the garments unforutnately we will be unable to change the sizes. 

 

Do you offer a re-labelling service?

We do offer printed labels on garments although we do not remove existing labels. There are certain garments which come with removable labels so get in touch if you require this service and we will be happy to provide you with a quote! Unfortunately we do not offer woven labels at this time.
